Well, if you would like to start a botnet I recommend using a free botnet to get the hang of things. You're going to need a botnet (yes), an offshore webhost, and a spreading method + Crypter for your files. List of the current botnets on HF is a thread under Botnets, IRC Bots, and Zombies! Should be within the top 5 recent pages, look through the posts, find it and read it. You should then understand the basics and be able to set up a functional botnet.
